The Beautiful Human blesses the world with kindness.

It feels good to be the recipient of someone’s kind act.

It can brighten our day; shift our mood.

Touching those that wish to receive this heavenly gift.

 

Kindness springs from the heart.

We are Beautiful Beings of Love.

Kindness invites us to step into its beauty.

Love is our true nature.

 

It is up to us to choose what we want to give to the world.

If we act rude, indifferent, or hurtful to others,

Do we honestly think something good will come out of it?

 

It is time to take a good look in the mirror.

We have a choice; we don’t have to play the game.

Why not do something different and extraordinary?

 

Bless the world with your kindness.

The Path of Perseverance

The road that I walk on
seems quite dismal and long

Will I make it to my destination?
Am I just wasting my time?

I don't know if I have the strength to carry on
I want to hide under the covers
I want to postpone tomorrow

But I know in my heart
that I don't have to believe
the lies and programming that I was fed

I can choose a different story
I can create a different outcome

Although my journey
may sometimes feel dismal and long,
I know I will get to my destination

I will walk my path with perseverance

The Guiding Light

Just as the flower needs the earth,

sun, and water to survive,

children also have essential needs.

They need our love, support,

and positive encouragement.

And just as the flower

reaches for the sunlight,

children look up to us for guidance.

They need us to be 

the light in their lives.

Divine Love

The Beautiful Human
believes in a Divine Love.

It is unconditional,
transformational,
and inspirational.

It is inside us
and all around us.

If we stumble,
it offers us a gentle hand.

If we are feeling down,
it lifts our spirits.

It speaks
to us all the time.

It understands
the language of our hearts.

I give thanks
to this Divine Presence.

I spread
its message of love
all around.

The Honest Customer

A few days ago, I was graced by a beautiful act of honesty.

The customer informed me that she accidently left my place of employment without paying for her milk. The lady handed me a $10 bill, and told me to please charge her for the item. 

I let the customer know that I greatly appreciated her honesty.  She could have easily taken the item and no one would have noticed.  However, this kind soul chose to do the right thing.  She knew that it was the wrong to take without paying for it.

This honest woman showed her child, and the world, how a Beautiful Human acts.

In order to transform our world, it starts with our children.  They are our future--our hope for humanity.  It is time to see them as a special gift, not as a nuisance. 

 

Children want to be seen, heard, valued, respected, and loved.  The worst thing we can do to our children is to ignore them.  We are in a sense telling them they don't matter.  And, if we harm children with our words and actions, we are only teaching them how to hurt others. 

 

Just as a flower needs the right elements to blossom and thrive, a child is no different: 

 

• Give your child your undivided attention
• Listen to your child
• Value and treat them with respect
• Shower them with love
• Be a positive role model
• Teach your child about the importance of service to others
• Teach them to have positive character, such as being kind, helpful, compassionate,  etc.
• Be there for your child
• Participate in activities together
• Inspire and empower your child
• Be supportive and encouraging
• Educate each other
